Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students pay for our courses by instalments. The first instalment covers access to the initial online learning materials. Once this payment has been made, students have a 7 day period in which they may cancel their course participation. If the course is cancelled within this timeframe, a 75% refund of the initial payment will be provided. Cancellations made after the 7-day period are non-refundable.

For online learning components, students pay the remaining course fees in instalments as they progress through the modules. These instalment payments are non refundable.

For in-person training, students book each tutorial individually by paying a non-refundable deposit of NZD $100 at the time of booking. The remaining tutorial fee is due one week prior to the tutorial date.

If a student is unwell and unable to attend a pre-arranged in-person tutorial, they may arrange with their tutor to complete the tutorial at a mutually agreed-upon later date. However, repeated cancellations or rescheduling of tutorials may result in the student forfeiting some or all of the tutorial fees already paid, as tutors set aside time specifically for each student booking.

If a student chooses to withdraw from the course at any stage, they will not be required to pay for any future tutorials that have not yet been booked.

Course fees are non transferable between programmes, as tutors spend time preparing learning materials, scheduling tutorials, and allocating training spaces specifically for each enrolled course.
