Holistic Pulsing is a hands on bodymind technique that involves non-invasive, pain free, wave-like rhythmic, rocking and expanding movement, reminiscent of being rocked in the womb. This rhythmic movement supports the client’s body to release physical tension, inviting a “letting go” to create space for inner calm, deep relaxation and rediscovering a state of ease and flexibility.  It can be used with a wide range of clients, from babies to the elderly and in some cases where massage is not advised, or where the client prefers to be fully clothed.

This course will teach students how to use gentle rocking, rhythmic and expanding techniques to promote deep relaxation, support skeletal alignment, fascial unwinding and tissue release, bringing greater ease of movement, client inner awareness and stimulating the body’s natural healing processes. Be able to offer deep, nurturing  relaxation to friends, whanau and clients or add it to your existing skills.

This course will benefit those who;

Holistic Pulsing foundations is taught either over a two day hands on workshop or by one on one tutorial. You will learn techniques, practitioner skills and theory for offering a full session of Holistic Pulsing for deep relaxation. 10 case studies, 1 personal session, an assignment and a hands on assessment complete this training.

Holistic Pulsing Foundations total cost is $1800 and includes the registration fee of $300, $1200 to participate in the workshop (includes tuition, observation, demonstration, coaching, student manual covering theory, templates and mentoring for case studies, techniques video, assignment and marking, performance criteria for self and tutor assessment) and a final fee of $300 for the hands on assessment.
