Massage Training
Holistic Massage Therapy
By one to one tutorial.
This course is designed to give you complete flexibility in your massage training. The 30-hour course can be divided into three or four tutorial sessions, with dates and times negotiated individually with one of our tutors. Details below.
1. Tutors are available in Nelson, Auckland, Wellington, Tauranga and Christchurch.

2. Each tutorial will last between two and four hours; the first tutorial is usually 3 – 4 hours, and each one gets shorter as you get better.
3. Each tutorial is payable at the end of each session on an hourly rate basis at $60.00 per hour.
4. The techniques DVD is a “take home tutorial” and costs $60.00.
5. Your tutor will discuss with you when you can undertake the hands-on competency assessment, so you aren’t paying for training hours you don’t need.
6. Most students can reach the required standard to pass the assessment in 10 – 12 hours, making it a very affordable short course.
7. The assessment fee is $120.00, and the hands-on assessment takes two hours.In between tutorials, you complete your 6 Case Studies, and do the written assignment.
If you are travelling from another region to complete the course, it can be done as a short sharp intensive over 5 days. This must be organised with your tutor in advance.
Our tutors are qualified experienced massage practitioners/tutors who will work with you to help you achieve the course.
The qualification for the programme gives you an NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Holistic Massage Therapy.
